Patents and trademarks were devised by PRB Srl and have been transferred, together with the engineering staff, to the new company HERMES COMM SRLs to give development and growth autonomy to the new project that is totally different from PRB’s historical business. HERMES COMM SRLs, as “Innovative Startup”, can thus ensure simplicity and clarity in relations with Partners and Investors and continue in technological refinement.
